Conversion rate optimisation & web development

Your traffic is fine. The page is what's costing you.

We audit where visitors drop off, rebuild the pages that lose them, and prove the difference in your own analytics. Same ad spend, more orders.

Proof above the fold

Rating, bestseller badge and the three benefit tiles now land before the price, not after a wall of description.

Size choice made obvious

60ml and 100ml as tappable options with the per-unit price, so the cheaper decision isn't hidden.

Two clear actions

Add to cart and Buy now separated, both thumb-height, instead of one outlined button.

See where your customers drop off

Four drop points exist from ad till payment completed.

Drop rates are typical Indian D2C figures. Your GA4 has your real ones.

Your store is leaving money on the table. Here's the proof.

We run a free 30-second teardown of your Shopify store — Core Web Vitals, conversion gaps, missed revenue. See the leak, then decide if you want us to fix it.

Test the page that receives your paid traffic, not the homepage — that's where the money is lost. Mobile is the default because that's where most of your buyers are.

What a 20% conversion lift means for your store.

Move the sliders. This is the revenue you're leaving on the table.

₹32,25,600 over twelve months. A typical project pays for itself in 17 days at these numbers.

Payback assumes a ₹1,50,000 project fee — edit the PROJECT_FEE constant in the script to match your pricing.

Six things we do

Research, design, build, test. Under one roof.

Take one, or stack them. Every engagement opens with an audit and closes with a number you can check yourself.

Inside the work

Eight things we change that aren't design.

When a page underperforms it's rarely because it looks wrong. It's because it asks for money before it has earned the right to.

Above the fold

The first screen

What the product is, who it's for, why it's credible, and one clear action — settled before any scrolling happens.

Order value

Bundle logic

Default pack sizes and sensible upsells that raise the average order without discounting your single-unit buyers.

Trust

Objection blocks

Returns, delivery, sizing, ingredients, authenticity — answered on the page instead of in a policy link nobody opens.

Mobile

Persistent buy bar

On long product pages the action shouldn't scroll away. Usually the single largest mobile improvement available.

Speed

Performance budget

Image pipeline, lazy loading, critical CSS, font preloads — held to a target and re-checked at launch.

Recovery

Exit and cart recovery

Catching intent to leave, and following up the carts that don't convert, without carpet-bombing the customer.

Urgency

Real stock signals

Low-stock messaging wired to actual inventory. Never invented — a counter customers catch out costs more than it earns.

Logistics

Delivery promise

A live delivery date by pincode. Disproportionately effective on high-value and gifting categories.

How it works

Five stages. Roughly forty-five days.

Nothing gets designed before something gets measured, and nothing goes live to all your traffic before it has beaten the current page on a split.

01 Days 1–5 Your time: 1 hour

Diagnose the leak

We pull thirty days of store, analytics and ad data, watch session recordings, and walk the whole path from ad click through to payment. Then we interview five of your recent customers about what nearly stopped them buying. You get a written diagnosis with every leak ranked by what it costs you a month — not by how hard it is to fix.

You get A ranked diagnosis you own, whether or not you continue.

02 Days 6–12 Your time: 2 hours

Design the fix

Homepage, top collection pages, your highest-traffic product pages, cart, and a dedicated landing page per ad angle. Copy is written from the interview transcripts rather than from your existing site, so it uses your buyers' words. You approve every screen before anyone writes code.

WireframesCopy from interviewsMobile-first designsPer-angle landing pages

You get Every screen to review and sign off before the build starts.

03 Days 13–28 Your time: minimal

Build on a duplicate

We work on a copy of your theme, so your live store keeps selling the entire time and there's no downtime to schedule. Bundle logic, persistent buy bar, delivery promise and cart recovery get built as proper theme code rather than bolted on as another app. Performance is held to a budget and checked on real devices, not just in the lab.

You get A preview link to click, break and push back on.

04 Days 29–38 Your time: 30 min/week

Split test it live

The new build runs against your existing one on a even split of real traffic. We agree the sample size before it starts, so nobody gets to call a winner early off a good weekend. Sections that win get locked in; sections that lose get rebuilt or dropped, and we tell you which was which.

You get An honest result, including the parts that didn't work.

05 Days 39–45 Your time: 30 min/week

Roll out and compound

All traffic moves to the winning build. Winning patterns get folded into your templates so future pages inherit them instead of starting from scratch. You keep the files, the test log and the next quarter's test queue — so the work carries on returning whether you continue with us or take it in-house.

You get Everything we built, documented, and yours to keep.

Set these day ranges to what you actually deliver — a timeline you miss on the first project costs more trust than a longer one would have.

Qualification

Saying no early saves us both a call.

Probably not a fit

  • You want a redesign because the site "feels dated", with no metric attached.
  • There's a list of forty things the page has to say. A page can carry one.
  • You need a hundred pages a month more than you need pages that work.
  • Traffic is under a few thousand sessions a month — tests won't reach significance.
  • The product itself is the problem. We can't design around that.

Worth a conversation

  • Ad costs keep climbing and conversion rate hasn't moved in two quarters.
  • You're spending real money sending traffic to pages nobody has tested.
  • You'd rather see one honest test result than a forty-slide strategy deck.
  • Someone internally owns the numbers and can approve changes without a committee.
  • You're planning a replatform and want conversion built in, not bolted on after.

Questions we get on the first call

Frequently asked.

What's the smallest way to start?

The two-week audit. We review the funnel, the analytics setup and talk to a handful of your customers, then hand over a ranked fix list. You're free to implement it with your own team — plenty of clients do that first and come back later.

How do you measure a lift?

A/B tests with the sample size calculated up front, run to a fixed duration, and read at the segment level. We report conversion rate, average order value and revenue per visitor. If a test doesn't reach significance, we say so rather than picking the flattering slice.

Do you only work on Shopify?

No. Shopify is the most common, but we work on WooCommerce, WordPress, custom stacks and headless front-ends. The research and testing process doesn't change; only the implementation does.

Who writes the copy?

We do, based on customer interviews and your existing reviews and support tickets. You review before anything goes live. Copy is usually where the biggest single lift comes from, so we don't treat it as filler around the design.

How quickly can you start?

Audits usually begin within a week. Build projects depend on scope, but most kick off two to three weeks after the proposal is signed.

What if the test loses?

Some will — that's what testing is for. We roll it back, write up why we think it lost, and use it to inform the next hypothesis. A programme that never loses a test isn't testing anything interesting.
